Quicktime not working with After Effect CS3

Hello,

i recently intalled After Effects, but when I start it I get a message that tells me that "Version of Quicktime will not work". Do you guys know, what version if any works with After Effects CS3?

On Adobe After Effect's home page the system requirements for PC say Quicktime 7.1.5. Check to see if you have the correct or latest quicktime version.

I have an issue with Quicktime and Adobe as well.

In my case it's Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0. I've been able to make straight to DVD exports but when I try to export a fully quality version to the hard drive in Quicktime it always crashes at a random moment during the export.

What could be up?

I also forgot to mention that I'm running 64XP? Do you think that might be a problem?
