wich 35mm adapter for hdv is the best for me??

Hi,
I´m an independent southamrican filmmaker. Now I'm working with a sony z1 hdv camera, but i need a better look... i can decide which adapter to buy... of course i want great quality but with low prices...
i see mini35, micro35, movietube (maybe the best) letus35, etc
but which one should i use...
i mean if a buy mini35 or movietube, i also need to spend a lot of mony on pl mount expensive lenses... but with micro 35 i can use still lenses... but the quality may be to low...
if i spend less money in the adapter i can purchase better lenses... but what sould i do??? better lenses or better adapter???

I don't really have any experience with those adaptors, sorry.

I tend to believe in renting, not owning equipment, but if I didn't have much money, I'd probably be buying still camera lenses, so I'd want an adaptor that can take those.
