Need Ideas for Freak Deaths for Short Film

I writing the script for the third in a trilogy of freak death short films

And i need some fresh freak deaths that i can do for the third one, i have run out of ideas, they need to be relatively possible for a no budget film, but im ready for a challenge, so please send some ideas this way

Have you thought about reading some "Darwin Awards" books? Those usually have some pretty good, freaky deaths. You should be able to get a ton of ideas. Unfortunately, I don't have mine with me right now, otherwise I'd cite a few of my personal favorites.
