Which Film School should I enroll to in Eastern Europe?

I live in Budapest, Hungary, which is located in Eastern Europe. I am currently a Photographer and recently I have started exploring the video side as well, currently using my photo camera and lens to shoot. I wish to learn more and pursue a Higher Education in this area.
I am not aware of the educational opportunities which are available to artists living in this side of the world, preferably in Eastern Europe.
