The movie "Taken" is an action movie on crack. editing and camera work are good. Good fight scenes. the scene where he is on the phone recording the conversation with the kidnappers with the flash backs, cuts to an extreme close ups, that cuts to an extreme close ups of the recorder all ad impact. This scene plays out lwhen the villain says the words "Good Luck" and then a flash back of the recorder is played in our Heros mind. It is neat. The film has some cliché stuff with the steam pipes and a few other good guy bad guy stuff but still a thumbs up. Good entertainment.
