I already have a good camcorder but I'm looking forward to buying a new one for double shots for my upcoming independent film. I want a camera that gives you high quality outcome (yes, lightning will be applied). Suggestions are welcome.
I would advise getting the same camera if you just want to use it as a double, otherwise the footage will never match. Every camera leans into certain colors, and every lens is different. There are a lot of variables. If you don't want two separate looks for your film, I'd recommend getting the same camera.
