I'm having trouble streaming efficently. Could anybody please tell me the best format and specs. for exporting out of AVID for streaming video. I have learned mpeg4 is for streaming but there are so many different options to go along with it, and the quality and time of the stream is never satisfying. Anybody's help is highly appreciated. My sudgestion is to get a program called Cleaner XL, its by Discreet... same people who make Combustion, Smoke, Inferno.. etc... anyway, they have almost every compression possible, + it makes it quite easy to create MULTIPLE sizes for the web.. 300k 150k ETC... reallly easy

but not for free download, you've got to buy this one. But worth it. Trust me!

Could you tell us where you are facing trouble in video streaming, is it in youtube or online video platform. Because there are different solutions for different platforms. If you specify the problem, I could give you a solution.
