I'm having trouble streaming efficently. Could anybody please tell me the best format and specs. for exporting out of AVID for streaming video. I have learned mpeg4 is for streaming but there are so many different options to go along with it, and the quality and time of the stream is never satisfying. Anybody's help is highly appreciated. Thanks
