Strata output

Hi there. My name is Mark Mckeown and I live in Northern Ireland. I think this site is a tremendous resource and have picked up quite a lot from it already - particularly in the cinematography departments.

I wonder if anyone can help me - I have three short films (about 1 minute each) that I put together on a mac using strata video-shop 3 about 4 years ago. These were the first films I put together when I got my hands on non-linear editing software at home - they mean a lot to me. The problem is I had no way of outputting them to tape, they would only save as applications and I can only accesses them through the classic operating system on OSX.

Is there anyone out there who could output these to Mini dvd (PAL) or dvd if I sent them a c.d.. I would of course pay for all the materials, postage and labour.

All I can suggest is that you go into the videohelp forums and access the Mac area for some assistance. They've helped me with encoding issues and file transfers, http://www.videohelp.com/

Got the files converted to a format quicktime likes and a standard I can live with - though one shot of a running stream has an infuriating jerkiness to it. Hopefully I will get the lot outputted through quicktime pro.
