Display Help... Output Low Res

Right where to start, i've been asked to make a advertising video to be displayed at a club in london.

firstly i've made two videos that have been displayed at the club, but the video quality on screen is pixelated.. would be nice to make videos that look really sharp.

Can anyone help with what i'm doing wrong? becuase it looks good on PC but not on TV..

Right im not actually using film clips to edit a movie or what not. im just making still images in adobe photoshop or using still Photographs to be made into a dvd for advertising on multiple screens at a nightclub.

Well scince posting this thread i got told adobe after affects is good for what i want..

But if you can help or sugest anything else it would be ery usefull..
