Plug In for xdcam to Fcp

Hi,

I looking for a plug in that it allows me to import clips for Recorder Sony Xdcam pdw-1500 to Final cut pro. (vtr)

I have looked this plug in in the sony web page, but i can't found it.

Also I looking for a effects plugins to fcp to replace the sapphire plugins, because the version that I have of this effects (5,0), is not compatible whit the fcp 6.0.3
