Little of the Darth Vader voice for the mayor there.
The beginning reminds me a little of the clutch cargo animations I watched when I was a kid.
Strange Running action. What software did you use? Good build up of suspense about what is going to happen when he gets to street level.
Voice is not loud enough when he is shouting.
