I'm a filmmaking student. I am working with After Effects and am trying to put a reel together while I'm still in school. I am a veteran on Chapter 31 vocational rehabilitation. The VA will provide me with equipment I need but I have to have good reason. I have some parkour guys that want a video done and I am filming a 15 minute film about my school's Digital MEdia Arts program next quarter for my Co-Op class. Can someone provide me with information on the necessity of having my own camera in this industry? Thanks!
