Help with Adobe CS4 Sequence Preset

Hi,
We Shot video with Nikon D90 and I am trying to edit it on Adobe premiere Proc CS4 .Could you Please let me know , which Sequence Presets I need to select.I tried with below but its not working ...Thank you very much in advance.

Video Properties:
Image:
Width : 1280
Height : 720
Audio:(I am not going to use this audio in my final ,so audio is not imp)
Bit Rate : 176kbps
Audio Sample Size:16 bit
Audio Format : PCM
Video :
Frame Rate : 24 Frames/per Second.
Data Rate : 13511kbp

Sequence Preset:
Capture Format : HDV , 1280 X 720 ,23.976fps

In the video properties, I didn't see a compression type. It's either H.264 or MJPEG, but I'm not as familiar with the Nikons as I am the Canons...

Premiere Pro CS5 handles DSLR video files right on the timeline quite easily, but CS4 did not.

My recommendation would be to download a free utility called MPEG Streamclip. This software will convert the clip to another format. I would choose 1280x720 HDV as my output type from MPEG Streamclip, then it should run in the sequence settings you noted in your post.
