Here's the problem:
My camera (Panasonic NV-DS50) records fine, but when I try to playback tapes on my camera it either DOESN'T playback (it does this wierd indescribable thing where the timer jumps forwards and whatnot), or it plays back but with large streaks through the picture of other scenes recorded on the tape.
When I play the tape back on another miniDV camera (Canon MV700i), it plays back fine.
So I'm thinking that it has something to do with this Panasonic of mine.
I asked one of my mates (who knows his shit) about this: he said I may need to buy one of those headcleaners from the supermarket or camera shop and clean the "camera's head" or whatever, whatever that means.
I would just like to know what you guys think. Is my friend right? If not, what?
THANKS IN ADVANCE!
