Pan and Tilting Head

Hello! Hope everyone is having a great day. Does anyone know a pan and tilting tripod head that is able to tilt automatically without a remote control? I would like to film myself walking. I've looked everywhere online and it seems you need a remote for the devices to tilt. I don't want to film myself holding the remote. Please help. Thank you!
