Hello,
I am a new commer and would like to introduce myself, my name is Bob.
I have no filming experience and I just started filming on a green screen on my spare time.
I do this in my home basement and I have a question.
Why is it that when I film using my iphone6 (with Chromakey app) I get perfect key and without any color spill but as soon as I wear a Black hat, the hat disappears? Same for my blue jeans??? Everything else is perfect.
I can wear a beige hat light blue shirt, brown pants and it really looks good.... as soon as I wear something black or denim, they disappear.
For example if wear a black hat, it is replaced with the backdrop image. Same goes for my jeans where it looks like I have no legs????
I am using an iPhone with the Chromakey app and a green screen with a 5 point lighting scheme. 2 for the green screen back drop one lighting me from the back, one from the side and a strong light in the front.
My ceiling is approximately 7-8 feet and is white tiles in a suspended ceiling and I have a few white boards on the walls which are not covered.
I have tried countless hours to solve this and nothing has worked for me.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong.
Any help would be very appreciated.
Thanks
Bob
