Green Screen Sound

G'day All

I am having huge trouble getting sound on my green screen footage. The image quality is excellent and the sound is fine when I only have one peice of film on the timeline. However once I add a back ground the sound disapears. I know that I am doing something worng but can not figure it out.

Please help.
