There are several places to get free countdowns on-line if you so a search. Also, if you're using a count down, then you're going to tape. The Print To Tape feature gives you the options for putting color bars & tone, and a count down. If you're delivering a QT file (most TV stations in Lafayette, Louisiana I work with accept QT downloads, are FCP, and are tapeless), then countdowns are a thing of the past for them.
