i have a dvx 100 and love it. really easy to use and comfortable for live music and action stuff. shoots in 25p which is cool to only thing ive found is that it can be expensive to repair so if you get one insure it

i shoot in 25p on the DVX100 and we use final cut alright

you can also get something i think is called bee wax ad it works great just smooth over the eybrows untill covered and then blend with a bit of makeup

if you have seen the DVX100 footage the HVX on tape is exactly the same so if you will be using it for tape you may as well save the money and buy a DVX100 in my opinion

i use DVX100 and i love it just having it repaired at the moment though. had a major breakdown but it is four years old. not heard much about the canon though

I have turned my DVX100A on and found the image to be shakey even when the camera is still and it gives the message of "Warning PSD NG" i know it needs repair but anybody had similar problems and got a rough idea of a cost??

i personaly would try to black out around the windows and put a light outside to keep it constant (I.E a fake daylight) but bright enough not to have to use the interior lights but light it with lamps inside that will be out of shot. Not using any interior light sources or using sunlight and...

if you double the speed of the song and keep the frame rate the same as you have for any takes of the song at normal pace when you go to edit and bring the song back to the corect tempo you should get a good slow motion effect

i like the idea dog but the problem with the basic green screen thing is the fact that he doesnt actually die! yeah this script is way to complicated and curently is on hold untill we get another location and some money behind this. but any ideas you can throw at me would be great

final cut has blue screen stuff on it and its quite easy to use apparently. im not an editor but i have seen people who can edit basic stuff use the chromakey functions on final cut so it cant be that hard post in the editing forum to. might be a bit more help in there
