well the term for adding new voice or sounds to any film is called "Dubbing" but in a comedic term? I dont think I know of any..

when you make your telecine transfer from film to NTSC.... you'll most probably have a 2-3-2 pull down.. which means that the frame rate is 24 frames pers second.. giving you that cinematic feel in Digital, but its compensating for those extra frames that NTSC...
dedo lights are 100 to 150 watts as stated by David... so these lights are very week to difuse... The best way to difuse the light would be to use a shiny reflector... and since your able to move the light from a spot on the wall to a flood position... from moving the light closer or ferther...
well it depends? did you buy in a spool of 100feet? or 400?
if 100 feet, its around 2 minutes 30
if 400 feet, its around 10 minues
depending the camera? you might need a spool of 100, and if it is... lets hope you baught the right one..
a good easy camera to own is a Bolex 16mm... or an imitation, but be careful what you buy, its important not to buy scratch lenses etc...
if your looking for something that can do 16mm and Super16mm an Arri camera is about the right one, but watch out those are about 20 000$ for a newish with...
I shot it with my Canon GL2... but the only reason it looks good is because of the lighting setup...
