What makes a good Photographer?

I’m looking for some opinions on what makes a good photographer. I know that there are many different opinions on this topic however, I’m curious to hear your opinions.

In my opinion, a good photographer has an artistic spirit and knows his equipment inside and out.

Attention to detail is an important quality of a good photographer. He will capture the perfect picture in regard to lighting, composition and time of day.
