Ultimate Incognito

Hi there

My project requires that a person is incognito without covering the face. The idea is basically to "flicker" different facial features but still show expressions. Se example images;

Now, how does one do this and still let the film run normally. In other words, how do I concentrate this special effect only on a single persons face? Just push me into the right direction so I can aquire the know-how

Some experimentation is needed. Very careful lighting with black or dark and a little square of light? Maybe part of this is done with lighting and part in post. Can you try some test shots and post in the post production section and see if someone can help? Is this person in motion?
