There maybe only 44 days left to enter.. but don't panic!! The TVMe! Pitch Contest only requires a 5-15 page pitch! Unlike ordinary competitions that require submission of full-length screenplays for movies, scripts for television, or manuscripts for novels -- which can range from 90 pages to 350 pages -- the TV ME! Contest requires only a 5 -to-15 page pitch or concept for television programming. We have extended the entry period to midnight December 31st 2012 EST, and here is why...

Due to Hurricane Sandy and the East Coast “Nor’easter” Storm,
Nationwide TV ME! Pitch Contest Submission Period extended to December 31, 2012 Midnight EST

In response to storm conditions, power outages and other related hardships along the eastern seaboard of the United States over the last 30 days, the nationwide 2013 Sarasota County Film & Entertainment Office (SCFEO) “TV ME!” pitch contest has extended the period for accepting submissions through December 31, 2012 Midnight EST.[/I]“We have heard from a number of writers and other creatives eager to participate in this 2013 TV ME! Event, but who have been delayed and inconvenienced by the brutal weather conditions that have occurred in recent weeks, “ said Jeanne Corcoran, director of the SCFEO, a division of the Economic Development Corporation of Sarasota County (EDC). “Our sympathy and understanding are extended to all who have suffered the impacts of these storms.
