Super lightweight dolly+ultralight rails spotted- help

please excuse my "engrish" I´m no native speaker-
here is the deal:

I´m a pro photgrapher from germany, and recently saw a super mobile solution for a dolly+ rails.
Unfortunately I never found it on a rental basis or new.
