Starting company

Me and my buddy currently working towards independance in film. Got the company name, but not sure what licenses ,legal issues we'll have to deal with. Basically want to be able to shoot somewhere, and be totally legit, as far as company( not talking about location permits.) Starting out mostly with music videos. Any input would be helpful, especially with someone who started a company. Note: Not trying to be production company, but more creative side(directing, camerawork, post).

If you tell me where you are it would be a good help. I am a Serbian film maker who works mostly out of London, if you are in US I don't think I would be much help to you, but if in UK then maybe I can advise you some.
