Simple question

hello i've got a simple question but it still needs to be answered. I've bought a sony vaio ar190g laptop from us seller, to use it for editing my footage that i've shot on canon xl1 hd(pal). But i can't even install the adobe premiere pro, because it's just crashes half way never mind to go through my footage. What shall be done?

First contact Sony tech support and make sure that you have all the available updates.
There are appearently some issues with this computer out of the box.
After you are sure that you have the computer up and running then contact adobe about your premire issues.
Unfortunetly this is a clash of technology issue and will probably take a lot of paitence and time to resolve.
