Searching for Camera

hi there, i´ve always been interested in filmmaking. I study advertisement in argenrina and i have done one short movie with a digital camera. I'm planning to buy a mini-DV. I want it ust for starting nothing out of this world. The thing is i only got a $400, so if you could help me i would be really pleased. thx

Consider the Canon Zr series. The price for it has recently gone down. I personally own a Zr300 myself but you can get a Zr400 for basically the same price. It's around 400 so it's both resonable and effective. It also can shoot in widescreen which would be good for anything you're planning on filming.
