Screenplay to Animation Help

Hello,
This posting is for individuals who are interested in working on turning a comedy screenplay into an animated feature. I have to be honest, this is not a paying job. This is for up and coming people who are interested in volunteering their services towards something which has the potential to be great. In short, I am looking for someone/persons who specialize in animation that can help me to turn my film into animation. Compensation is negotiable as a percentage of profits made. Do you need a writer to adapt a story to a screenplay?

Do you need an animator to plan out an animation from a screenplay?

Do you need animation only?

Do you need everything?
