"Ben's Tutorials; FCP Photomontage", based on the same routine in my Intro to FCP semianr, goes through a variety of tools and techniques in FCP. Examples are shown, there are explinations of each step, over 30 minutes of training. These techinques and tools will apply to a variety of editing situations, not just photomontages.
