Mac Pro vs Macbook Pro for editing

I'm looking for a computer to edit with. What are the pros and cons of each? What tech specs are most important for editing? Also, is there much of a difference between Final Cut Express vs Final Cut Pro? Thanks.

Non-linear post is about horsepower, especially if you are doing graphics and dvd encoding and such. The Mac Pro is a great, fast machine. But if you have to have portability then the Macbook Pro may be the right choice. You have to lists the pros and cons of each and decide which is best for you. Same with a piece of software like FCP or FCE. Read specs and reviews and user comments and decide. To list all that in a forum would require many hours...
