Editing in premiere pro cs5 ,transfering files between mac and pc?

I started editing in adobe premiere pro cs5 on a mac. I need to import my project onto a pc and edit in adobe premiere pro cs5 on the pc. I will then need to take my project back in premiere on the mac. Will this process be simple or will I have issues? Can I even do this?

It was shot using sdhc cards.

SDHC cards are not a video format....

How about the video format from the camera? Edit Codec? Wrapper (quicktime, mxf, avi, etc)?

quicktime, 1080 hd 24 fps, XDCAM EX

Did you rewrap through FCP, or are you using the camera files? XDcamEX is mpeg2 in an MP4 wrapper natively.

If the camera footage has been unaltered, that material should travel back and forth
