looking for scriptwriters help

Hi all!
My name is Tania Teixeira. I'm a producer in Portugal and I am now looking to enter a competition to gain funds(ICA, a Portuguese government institute),in order for me to produce a feature.

My aim before hand, is to find a script to present to ICA to enable me to receive the funds, so i«m looking for a scriptwriter to help me out, but I will only be able to compensate the writer who is willing to collaborate once the project has been approved and the funds given.

Is anybody interested or does anybody know someone who is?

I appreciate any input or advice.
