I'm a composer new to the forum wanted to introduce myself

Hi everyone

I'm new to this forum and just wondered if there were any directors wanting to collaborate, or if not anyone interested in listening to my music.
I have loved films from since I could open my eyes and I've always wanted to be incorporated with films, and always had a love for film music, so that is where dedicated my time to, I've always wanted to make other people feel the way I've felt when I have listened to great scores accompanying great film scenes.
Anyway I really appreciate u listening to me blabb on

wow I sampled your stuff amazing work.

On my upcoming short ill definitly contact you. I wanted to know if you charged for just the rights to use it for non profitable use. Just like film festivals and stuff.

Do you use acid? Or do you actually compose? I don't mean to sound condescending, but its frustrating for composers when people who know nothing about music at all put loops together and say they're composers.

Lazlo: I dont use acid at all, I use cubase sx and every note and drum beat are played by me through my midi keyboard, i kind of use acid as another place for people to listen to my music, its so hard to get ur name about.
I completely agree, to be honest I've never used any samples not even sample drum beats, personally I wouldnt class the piece as mine if I hadnt written every note, well hope u liked it anyway and hope I've answered ur question

I wanted to personally recommend Chris Haigh to all you filmmakers out there in cyberspace. After Chris' initial post, I checked out his work and thought it was amazing. Chris is now part of our production crew.
