I am Glad Hurt Locker Got the Award. I watched again last night. It is good.

It's decent at best. It didn't deserve the Best Director's award IMO since almost any director could have done just as good, if not better, a job with the movie. No other director, however, could have done what Cameron did with Avatar.

It had more of what might be true to me than the AVATAR fantasy film did. the emotions of the people were more true to what life can be or is.

Hurt Locker was very deserving. What Bigelow did was very difficult, to hold such intensity for the duration of the film is very impressive, many directors have trouble keeping tension for over a minute. After that film my mouth was dry, my adrenalin pumping, and body was even a little stiff. Powerful filmmaking!!
