How to describe visions, hallucinations, thoughts

Hello to everybody and sorry for my not good english...
I'd like to know how to describe visions, hallucinations, thoughts...
for instance, a Character stat to see, in his mind, something like a dream, a vision, an hallucinations or simply some visual thoughts (like premonition, imagination...)

I've thought to utilize P.O.V (Point of View) and than the description about this character's imaginary visions ...

Ex.

P.O.V. ROBERT
Robert starts to see a strange shadows moving forward...

Could be?

I've seen the movie you've suggested and I found it SUPER! I'd like to thank you! Naw I can understand what you meant!
I've already the original script and I'm going to study these parts where there are visions, etc...
