Mind if I ask a question?

I'm planning a short film for which I need shots of the Brisbane skyline from fairly close, (say, not too much further away than Southbank), and I want angles where I can conceal the people and traffic etc. (post-apocalyptic film, y'see).

I've checked out various places, but none of them get quite close enough or high enough to get a high shot of the city, while obscuring the city life.

Question: Do you know of any good spots that are accessible to the public and also safe to enter, where I might be able to get the shots I'm after?
