HDV to 35mm film

Greetings,

I'm planning to shoot a test with Sony 'V1' HDV PAL camera for transfer to 35 mm film.

I'll be gratefull if anyone shares some experience on this topic.

Never done it, but some people have shot with other HDV cameras for 35mm projection and seemed happy with it. If you have a company in mind for the video to film transfer you should probably have a chat with them about how to get the best image for the final print, as they're sure to have done some tests themselves.
