finding representation as a Commercial Director

Ok- so does anybody have the answer to how do you find good representation as a commercial director?

Like -- who are the good agents or commercial production companies that will work with emerging directors and how do you contact them?

You might need to have more work under your belt

You might need to have more work under your belt. Most of this is determined by your past success and exposure. Some of it i think is personality or chemistry so there being one agent that is good for all is not so much the case in my opionion. Did you do any searches. How many commercials or works have you directed and how many are profitable? Did you go to school? If you did does your instructor have some resources for you?
