Final Cut Pro Question

I'm planing to buy Final Cut Pro 4 but I see that also have a Final Cut Pro 4 HD. What does HD mean.

Also can I run Final Cut Pro 4 on my computer.
Powerbook G4
Processor: 1.5GHz PowerPC G4
Memory: 786MB (I think)
Storage: 80GB Ultra ATA/100; 5400 rpm
Optical drive: 8x SuperDrive DVD±RW/CD-RW
ext. 120G hard drive

Why you buying 4 when 5 is latest version? The HD means that FCP supports many flavors of HD. Nothing more than that

I was told that my Mac can not support it, otherwise I would love to get 5.
I had a great price at that $400.00 just for 5.

PS I computer do not have a video card and I think it can not have one.
plus I need to up grade to 1g of ram, which I should do anyway.
