Digigenic is absolutely right... as usual 
Of the two, Final Cut Pro is the only professional software...
the other one is one of the most trumped-up consumer editing programs on the market... great marketing division for their software... but it's not going to do you anything close to Final Cut... or Avid........ or even Premeire for that matter.
