Mine are...
1) Shopping market (the brightness of it, and the "smooth" texture in general)
2) Bowling alley (I love the symmetry of bowling lanes)
3) Libraries (I love the symmetry of the stacks)
4) Hotels (full of hallways, which is good)
5) Classrooms (lots of interaction and interesting camera movements)
