Best Text to learn AE 5.5

Any other info on the best text to learn AE5.5 that comes with CD/DVD lessons, is comprehensive etc.? Or is online the way to go?

Curtis' book should be a good first read. Curtis is a very skilled guy with After Effects...and The Focal Easy Guide Series is one of my favorites...

...and not just because I wrote the Premiere Pro book in the series.
