basic DP tapes, ropes, etc....what would i forget...

hi all
i havent shot in a while, on film that is, video is fine, i just want to run by a few more seasoned dps, what do they usually pack when they get out for a shoot...
i think im ok with the basics

lightmetre, tape (different colours, differnt sizes), clothespins, cores, gloves, clips, rope, measuring tape, . . .

i dunno, just if any of u have a great kit, and have a few minutes to spare on whats tried and true, the film would all appreciate it..

As a DP I bring my light meter, my digital camera, and a briefcase that I have a gray card, and my collection of various nets in.

Some of the other stuff I would expect a camera assistant to have ordered.

But if you wanted to have that stuff as a backup it’s not a bad idea. I probably have some cores on the floor of my car stuck behind the seats or something that could be handy in a pinch.
