So who is going to blink first and back down from the Memorial Day weekend 2009 release dates - Cameron or Katzenberg? There is only going to be a few thousand theaters ready by then.
Interesting story. Dreamworks Animation hasn't said anything yet, but I would imagine "Monsters vs. Aliens" will have to bow to 20th Century Fox's "Avatar".
Although not animation, the 3D technology that Cameron is using sounds simply awesome. I have heard rumors that it involves an infrared system to track the performers position and that it is not an optical system at all!
Can anyone verify this for me? Or know where I can find out?
