Probably the closest thing would be to shoot on E6 slide film like Ektachrome 100D (5285) or Fuji Velvia, processed normally, and then digitally manipulated further. Ektachrome 100D has really snappy colors and the high-contrast of 3-strip Technicolor photography combined with dye transfer printing.
Otherwise, you'd want to do what "The Aviator" did to their color negative footage using a D.I.
If you're just talking about shooting color neg and printing only, then try pushing EXR 50D (5245) one stop, and then printing on Vision Premier.
Using really slow-speed stock will also force you to adopt a more old-fashioned lighting approach with bigger lights or harder spots.
