I think that people work together with other people they like to work with. I think being talented and excellent at what we do is important but being able to work with others and finding others we enjoy working with is very important in bring out the best in ourselves and others. I think it is important to be inspired and love what you do and working with the people you love to work is a big part of this. I hear directors and others talk about working on films that won awards and they say they selected the people because they enjoyed working with them or liked working with them.
