Where can I get music for my film, royaltyfree or original?

Hi I am in desperate need of music for my film, I have a deadline: May 15, 2007. I didn't know where to start, I heard of Royalty free music, but if there is anyone proficient with a music program such as Garage Band or Acid, I'd appreciate their help greatly
