what do you think of the JVc GR-HD1?

I own the next model up, the JY-10U. From what I understand, it's not too dissimilar from the GR-HD1. The only real issue I've had is that it's not that great in low-light situations; I used to own a Sony PD150 that performed admirably in low light. The JVCs struggle with it.
