The NY TV film festival might be worth checking out since it is a series. You also might want to use withoutabox.com or filmfreeway.com to find something, they usually have a decent amount of info on what to expect from the festivals. Also check out indiefilmhustle.com, I believe they have a free eBook about getting into festivals.
